Our client is a Global Logistics Service Provider with operations in over 100 countries worldwide and employing more than 70,000 staff. Our client is now looking to add an experienced Information Systems Manager to implement the system for Contract Logistics, managing the operations project and providing day to day support by interfacing with regional / corporate team.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the Information System
• To implement WMS / TMS / Reporting / EDI applications for customer & operations project and to provide day-to-day support by interfacing with regional / corporate team.
• To provide Information System Solution Design and costing for tenders and to support customer request
• To train new employees on the relevant systems during their introductions and to continuously train key users
• To be able to troubleshoot WMS / TMS / EDI processing and data quality issues To support IT department in troubleshooting network and hardware issues such as RF scanners, label printers, client access and VPN.
• To follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company policies and working instructions.

Requirements

• Experience in Operation Process for Supply Chain in a service Provider (Internal or /External) environment
• Have experience in WMS/TMS system, Inventory concepts and System Integration (mapping) Experience in JDA / Blue Yonder, API strongly preferred
• Experience in SAP and ability to write SQL is preferred
• Ability to handle pressure and problem solving to be good supervise and coordinate team player both internal and external department.
