Responsibilities

• Processes warranty claims.
• Generate, validate and distribute monthly reports on Warranty, Quality and Product Support Performance Indicators.
• Design and develop new and ad-hoc reports based on Management requirements
• Completes the documents required to process the claims, forwards them to the manufacturer/supplier and follows up.
• Work closely with Service Technician.
• Engineering degree and if have experience of warranty process will be advantage.
• Can drive the car with driver license.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in related field.
• Engineering degree and if have experience of warranty process will be advantage.
• Can drive the car with driver license.
• Proficiency in using MS Office package, particularly Excel.
• Good knowledge of Internet applications and Outlook
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills
• Good command in English
• Welcome new graduated in Mechanical Engineer
