Job Description

Our client is a leading supplier in its field. They are seeking for Warranty Claim Management position who experiences in Warranty/Claim operation and support on Mechanical, Spare part product. The position offers a very competitive package and benefits. The expected career path will potentially be succession for manager with a rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the Warranty/Claim operation.
  • Document, validate, and resolve warrant claims, complaints and communicate with suppliers and customers.
  • Process warranty enrollments, educate customers about usage and answer questions.
  • Build and manage warranty returns process and parts management.
  • Provide guidance to customers as well as our engineers on the site on related issues.
  • Establish requirements and KPIs that will ensure warranty returns are processed quickly and efficiently through the warranty return center.
  • Create reports on suppliers/customer interactions, warranty claims, and related statistics.
  • Analyze root causes of warranty claims and identify methods to reduce claims.
  • Responsible for managing warranty concerns and leading/collaborating problem-solving reviews.
  • Responsible to lead and drive warranty proactive reduction activities and improvement plans.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
  • At least 5-year experiences in Warranty Support on Mechanical, Spare part product
  • Proven technical knowledge and ability to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers
  • Have knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Good communication in English
  • Skillful communication and interpersonal skills
