Job description

• Prepared and analyzed monthly P/L report for Top Management- Prepared a monthly forecast of the transportation group
• Reported a monthly P/L result of transportation group to Top management
• Monitored and analyzed actual P/L vs budget, identified possible reasons, and set up action plans - Set and Monitored M&R budget, investment cost, and other miscellaneous expenses
• Initiated and implemented cost-saving projects
• Prepared proposal for investment and purchasing for transportation group
• Analyze and provide weekly or monthly reports to customers for the presentation of performances included KPIs, cost, operation issues and actions, special project progression.
• Coordinate with a customer for the new project included operations design, workforce, and equipment requirement cost calculation such as established overflow warehouse for Satellite disk within 1 month with full operations and equipment.
• Collaborate with functional team in the warehouse (Inventory control, pick/pack, kitting,QC, market return) to improve operations performance

General qualification
【Must】

• Male or Female, Thai nationality, Aged 35 - 45 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Transportation, Warehouse, or Logistic
• At least 10 years of working
• Experience of working in Transportation or Warehouse is essential

【Advantage】

• Good knowledge of Thai accounting standards and taxation
• Good command of English
• Mature personality with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
