VP/AVP Head of Accounting and Finance for International Business (based in Bkk office)

Reporting: Group CFO

Responsibilities:

• To oversee Accounting, tax and finance for all oversea properties and ensure its smooth running so that all financial and management reports are accurate and available by due dates.
• To support the international business / project development team and provide the related tax and accounting treatment in each countries during the development process
• To work with and supervise to the Finance & Accounting team in all oversea properties
• Liaising with external auditors/consultants and internal departments regarding to accounting & tax concerns of oversea properties.
• To perform the adjustment in difference of accounting standard in each country to be TFRS and also provide all supporting financial information of oversea properties for consolidation propose
• To monitor and ensure that all related tasks are compliant with the regulation/ requirements in each country.
• To oversee legal and compliance, which include company set up, structuring, etc

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting
• Holding CPA is a plus
• Good understanding and interest in hotel business will be highly regarded
• Good International exposure and awareness
• Candidate should be able to work independently
• Proficient in spoken and written Thai and English
• Prepared to travel overseas regularly for supporting
