Our client is a listed company whose business is in real estate, they are currently looking for a VP/AVP Building Management to join their team.

Job Description:
  • Providing all round experience in all aspects of mechanical, electrical an plumbing on large design and construction schemes, and being familiar with all local and international design codes.
  • Overseeing estate management strategy and organization and financial structure (budgeting), and, managing the estate management and facility management operations.
  • Reviewing of estate management and facility management pperations system requirements e.g. accounting, logistics, scheduling, inventory, CRM, portfolio mgmt, and POS, etc.
  • Setting up of overall estate management and facility management operations policies and guidelines, and selecting and managing facility management operations parties including those related to security, cleaning, waste management, delivery/logistic, ice water, parking, traffic, regulatory reviews e.g. fire drills, etc.
  • Managing the common areas and in building facility management operations services.
  • Managing day to day operations, including recruitment, training and SOPs for estate management and facility management operations.
  • Setting up all contracts with service providers, and implementing staffing structure and employment, house rules, all operating procedures, yearly budgets, financial management, tenancy management, tenant fit-out, and leasing.
  • Designing and developing of estate management and facility management operations guidelines, e.g. fit-out and tenant guidelines and manuals. 
  • Bachelor's Degree or a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Thai nationality, aged 38-50 years old.
  • Preferably a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, operating in a management role in a shopping center and/or commercial buildings.
  • The person we are seeking is required to be intuitive and bring strong interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously and be highly organized.
  • Ability to maintain calmness and composure under pressure.
  • Be time efficient and have strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
