Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising
- To align all travel retail counter, boutique, and multi-brand store with global and regional guidelines per marketing plan. Whenever are not covered by guidelines, to make the necessary suggestions
to regional VM in creative manner. Get validation on transparency of product launch (visual choice and cropping) and coordinate local execution with suppliers
- Responsible for local standalone boutique animation including window display and visual merchandising
- Responsible for improving and maintain POS image, enhancing brand experience at very point of customer interaction through visual merchandising
- Ensure all local production VM material are produce with high standard
- Communicate with regional VM team on daily basis
- Conduct local brief / guideline for communication with BAs
- Do counter visit ensure VM guidelines are well executed at POS level
Operation
- Be librarian of campaign information and contact point of visual assets, colour proof and VM guideline for other SPVM team member
- Work closely with product team on forecast and management of all display materials both local and global source
- Document photo records of all launch and submit to regional VM team
- Issue PO and monitoring budget
Additional
- Be part of special project such as popup store or special installation
- Key responsible for visual merchandising of new and renovation projects of special channel distribution
- Any ad hoc event / workshop

Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Design: Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, other 3Dimensional design
- Good knowledge of PC and MAC platforms and software such as Sketchup, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Strong knowledge in excel is a plus
- Fluent in English is a must
- Aboard exposure is a plus
- Minimum 4 – 5 years hands-on visual merchandising experience preferably in fast pace environment of leading beauty, lifestyle product, retail, or fashion
industry.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
