Vendor Management (Transportation)

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and select vendor to implement quality and cost effective for transportation group
• Implement/support bidding processes together with others business group if necessary
• Create various options of requiring transport volume (purchase, driver-owner, quota, lease, other)
• To prepare method of saving results by renegotiation rates with subcontractors
• Provide/support subcontractors performance review process with KPI’s and reporting
• Provide/support the best practice standard working procedures
• Support audit for subcontractors to ensure the quality assurance
• Support necessary trainings for the subcontractors

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
• Require 5 years direct experienced of vendor management (3PL business is preferred)
• Good organizer with ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Good negotiations, and ability to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure
• Have strategic thinking, strong communication &presentation skill.
• Able to communicate in English
