  • Responsible for writing, editing, and reviewing Microcopy on UI to facilitate and communicate user of the end-to-end user experience (navigation, onboarding, promos, error messages, instructional materials, and other components).
  • Combine an understanding of business objectives, and user experience needs to create content for a wide variety of projects and scenarios. 
  • Good project coordination skills and work collaboratively with UX designers, UI designers, Product Managers, Marketing team, and stakeholders to craft clear, concise, creative texts across multiple platforms and touch-points under pressure.
  • Find smart ways to use data and research to evaluate and improve content.
  • Create and help maintain brand voice’s writing guidelines for product.


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UX Writer working on products that have been released to the market.
  • Experience in shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects, with a portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and style guidelines.
  • Positive attitude for flexible working and open-minded to find the better solutions to meet the requirements.
  • Collaborative attitude to work with the different teams.
  • Knowledge of online technology and related products, including mobile applications and UI.
  • Understand UX and design work process, also familiar with user experience research.
