About the Utility Manager Role:

In this role, you are responsible for the overall management and control of the operations and property of the utility system. The salary is competitive with attractive allowance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assures that the Utility Commissioners are provided accurate, timely information to facilitate appropriate policy/decision-making
• Manage on energy saving of plant
• Manage on plant consumption of energy performance on month basis
• Leads in the acquisition of electric power and water supplies to provide sufficient and cost-effective resources
• Administer policies and programs to achieve utility's objectives and coordinate utility activities between departments to maintain operating efficiency
• Convene and preside at staff meetings to receive, exchange, and convey information
• Initiate and conduct studies to forecast future utility needs, including facility and capital expenditures
• Submit annual operating budget and a capital budget quarterly, forecast five-year budget
• Ensure utility's power, water, and sewer operations

To succeed in the Utility Manager job, you will need to have experiences on electronic industry with the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with the team.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher-level qualification in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
• At least five -10 years of experience in facility/maintenance management, preferred energy saving knowledge
• Experiences from electronic manufacturing is preferred. (Clean room experiences)
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking to make decisions and solve problems in any situations
• Good command of spoken/ written English and computer literacy
• Strong people management, leader skill and presentation skill
