Unsecured Credit Policy & Portfolio Management (AVP)

Job Description :

• Manage risk levels through constant review and effective formulation of underwriting and account management policies also the collection strategies
• Provide necessary portfolio analyses and credit performance forecasts
• Provide constructive feedback / alert on portfolio issues and/or any irregular trend
• Developing, testing, and optimizing credit policies including full accountability for implementation of those policies and processes by considering all key financial impact
• Ensure the guidelines are understood and executed correctly as well as, in line with risk management and business goals
• Coordinate and effective negotiate with all stakeholders, e.g., Business, Risk management, IT, etc.

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management or related field
• At least 3 -5 years of experience with credit policy and portfolio management, preferably on unsecured portfolios
• Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skill to form and articulate the opinions and recommendations
• Has service mind and positive attitude towards learning new challenge/cross roles
• Able to deal and handle difficult situations and work under time constraints
• Fluent In Thai and English [Verbal/ Writing]
