Our Client

Our client is a holding company operating . They are looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager to manage, reviewing and formulating transfer pricing policies. provided both with strategic transfer pricing planning and corporate tax reporting such as cash tax, tax contingencies, tax fees and other ad-hoc

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the global team advising management about Tax and Transfer Pricing related area
  • Plan/research/set up/develop/analysis and execute Transfer Pricing strategy and policies
  • Review and consolidate tax reports relating to cash tax, tax contingencies, tax fees and other ad-hoc tax reports completed by regional tax teams
  • Advice the preparation of tax returns
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support to the tax team during tax audits

The successful applicant will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business School with Finance Major, or International Tax / Tax Law
  • 8+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing or Finance from both Big 4 or Large MNC organization in corporate taxation, tax advisory firm, or Revenue Department
  • Solid track record in achieving business results with energetic, dynamic and pro-active personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
  • Thai nationality only
