Training & Development Manager (HR)

  • Have an experience in manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Training Functions
  • Responsible to handle company activities


Major Tasks:

  1. Training and Development.
  2. Company Activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Training and Development

  1. In charge full scope of training and development (HRD). Supervise Training and Development Supervisor.
  2. Identifying training and development needs.
  3. Designing and expanding training and development programs.
  4. Selecting institutions and program implement.
  5. Evaluating training and development programs.
  6. Prepare and control training monthly and annual budget expenses.
  7. Manage special projects per assignment by superior.
  8. Keep up-to-date training related policies and to comply with training from government (Department Skill Development).


  1. Consolidate; Monitor all HR training Company Activities Expenses: monthly, budget Training, and other miscellaneous expenses. Meet for finance cost saving if any.
  2. Be an initiator for process improvement under HR Training & Development Dept., work close with HR Admin to review internal work flow and process
  3. Be an active member of safety health and environment, BCP, emergency response.
  4. A member or leader in projects assigned by superior.
  5. Other assignments from the managers.

Company Activities

  1. Build relationship among employees and create a strong working experience atmosphere to enhance the employees’ loyalty and motivation.
  2. Conduct and monitor effective HR communications, emphasize employees relations and staff activities, ensure that employee morale is maintain to create favorable corporate labor relations and compliance to corporate standard.
  3. Conduct efficiency corporate activities for employees and staff activities, e.g. New year Party, Sport Day, Songkran Festival, Outing Trip etc.
  4. Provide variety of monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports.


  • Thai Nationality ONLY
  • Male or Female, age 32 - 45 years old.
  • Bachelor in Political Science or Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Training Functions.
  • Have an experience in manufacturing industry will be specially consideration
  • Be able to do Competency and Assessment Program
  • Problem solving and ndependent, hands-on, good managerial skill.
  • Fluent in English and also can communicate with foreigner boss 
  • Good at MS. Excel and MS.Power Point
  • Be able to use SAP will be specially consideration
