Position Summary

• Responsible for support functions to Trade management team by assisting Trade Manager for capacity management. Prepare and send weekly/monthly reports to Liners and superior.
• DCA follow up to maintain and increase DCA cargo mix

 Key Responsibilities

• Assisting Trade Manager in Capacity Management.
• Follow up and coordinate sales lead from MSC Agencies or FOB nominations.
• Maintaining the contacts with FOB agents
• Backup of Trade Manager when Trade Manager is out of office.
• Prepare and send weekly/monthly reports to MSC GVA/MSC Regional Office
• Prepare trade and lifting statistics on performance review. Identified lost accounts and to be approach by Sales.

Key Qualifications, Competencies and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Economic or related field
• Newly graduate are welcome, direct experience from shipping or freight forwarder will be advantage
• Good English communication (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
• Good attitude, logical, customer oriented and team player
• Strong interpersonal & problem solving skills
• Strong capability to manage both internal and external stake holder
• Good computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word)
