Job Description

• Office Administration / Team Management

1. Manage overall Thailand office affairs, including administration, external relationship handling and coordination with head office.
2. Manage Thailand office team according to KPI system, including sales team and service team. Actively work on projects according to head office requirements.

• Business Development

1. Develop a tiered sales/agency team to promote and distribute HSC products, including recruitment and training.
2. Lead the team to achieve the sales target, and manage the sales team to ensure compliance, efficiency, teamwork and business growth.

• Client Service Management

1. Develop and manage local hospital network and other vendors.
2. Manage service team to ensure timely and professional customer service performance.
3. Provide ideas in improving service standards and contribute in service management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, fluency in Thai and Mandarin/English is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in team management is a plus; experience in insurance industry is a preferred but not required
• Responsible, patient and motivated; Ability of doing teamwork well
• Foreigners are acceptable, work permit available for qualified candidates
