This position is open for Pantavanij (eProcurement Platform Provider), a company under ASCEND Group. The office is located at Lumpini Tower, Rama IV Road.

Pantavanij is one of the largest eProcurement Platform Providers in South East Asia. We are providing cloud-based eProcurement solution to large enterprise customers in all industries. Our business is growing very fast and we are looking for Tele Sales to join our success.

Role Description:

We are looking for a proven, Tele Sales performers to help us grow our eProcurement business. The position reports to Senior Vice President - Enterprise Business directly with the responsibility of achieving sales quota assigned for eProcurement Solution. 

 Responsibilities:

• Contacting and reaching out to potential or existing customers to inform them about the Company's Solutions and Services using scripts.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and propose the right Solutions and Services.
• Answering questions about Solutions and Services. 
• Offer solutions based on client's needs and capabilities
• Support of sales processes via phone calls and email to the customers. 
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs. 
• Introducing the organization's products or services to customers in order to follow up with further steps of the sales process.  
• Track and document calls and sales
• Update client records
• Carrying out market research on how to address customers. 
• Preparation of sales reports and caparisons of competitors' offer conditions.
• Fulfillment of additional duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field. 
• Proven more than 5 years of experience as Telesales or other Sales role in IT / Software companies.
• Ability to learn about Solutions and Services and describe/explain them to potential customers.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding in negotiation and Administrative skills.
