Job Description


  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues within  agreed time limits.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for customers (including   distributors, resellers, and end users).
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via Helpdesk system, phone, email, chat, or remote desktop, until they've solved a technical issue.
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams such as Product Managers and R&D.
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions.
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged.
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their devices are fully functional after  troubleshooting.
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
  • Provide internal support to regional sales team, including pre-sales and  after-sales.
  • Travel and assist in trainings, exhibitions, or shows as needed.


  • Male
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science fields.
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Driven and motivated person.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and handle stress.
  • Ability to stay calm at all times.
  • Polite in both writing and speaking situations.
  • Highly enthusiastic in information technology.
  • Thai nationals only.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with Windows/Linux/macOS environments.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and networking.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn and improve own knowledge and adopt new technologies.
Skills Preferred:
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Helpdesk Technician or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop software and helpdesk software.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Linux such as shell scripts, LVM, RAID, or DRBD.
  • Basic programming knowledge of C/C++, Java, or Python.
