Role and tasks:

• Responsible for Spare parts processes and leading the team in Asia Pacific and handling some customers groups / countries directly
• Training, mentoring and helping the team members in day to day working with processes, logistics and SAP
• Handling internal and external customer complaints and escalations
• Improving team productivity & performance and optimizing existing processes to provide excellent support to the customers and meet internal targets
• Coordination with various teams in HQ in Germany to ensure meeting customer expectations in Asia Pacific
• Regular communication with all stake holders e.g. management, sales, HQ
• Handling small projects related to spare parts management

Your profile:

• Customer centric and customer service oriented
• Experience in spare parts management, preferably in capital goods like machinery and in a regional role
• Prior experience in customer handling and team management
• Able to lead team forward with motivation, enabling and guidance
• Assertive personality to get things done
• Good communication skills and responsiveness to any demand from customers or team
• Degree in engineering or business administration
• Very good English language communication skills and must be able or willing to learn German language up to professional level (C1)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office and SAP
• Working on a local contract in Bangkok, Thailand
