Argyll Scott is working with a leading insurance company in Thailand. They are currently seeking a talent to support their business. If you are looking for a career growth in a stable and well-known company, this job is a perfect place for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales strategy to support sales team to achieve company's target as assigned
  • Coordinate with various department in order to run business plan smoothly
  • Responsible for recruiting freelance agent
  • Working closely with freelance agent and conduct training for new members
  • Set up sales structure and team target (weekly / monthly / yearly), also commission structure

Requirement:

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, accounting, finance, or any related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in insurance business
  • Experience in team management
  • Knowledge in Life Insurance and Wealth products is a MUST
  • Must have Single License
  • Have Insurance knowledge, product knowledge, and marketing knowledge
  • Fluent command of English (both spoken and written)
  • Good interpersonal skill and team player
