Team Lead / Consulting Manager

Being a team leader, this role will :

  • Doing the 360 degree practice of recruitment includes attracting clients and candidates.
  • Together with direct supervisor (Business Leader) to build and grow sustainable team to fulfill clients projects and escalate business
  • In charge for team P&L – reporting, analytics, strategy
  • Building good relationship with clients. Potential clients and existing clients
  • Develop Strong Personal Sales funnels (Key Account, Business Development, Good closures) and able to demonstrate.
  • Implement recruitment sales strategies, tactics, increase funnels, and procedures.
  • Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of sales recruitment strategies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
  • Prepare weekly and management reports of sales planning, strategies, weekly planning, monthly sales plan.
  • Demonstrate good leadership attributes
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fulfilling sales (acquiring new clients) and closure (candidate placement) target

This role will be a fit for those who are :

  • Minimum of 3-4 years Experiences in headhunter with proven track of success record in hiring clients and candidates
  • Great personal approach with sharp analytical thinking
  • Great negotiation skills, hustler personality with objective goals and drives
  • Good command of English
  • Self driven with high motivation of sales
  • Great networks in a certain focus area
  • Great leadership management and experience in handling middle-large scale of team
  • Experiences in charge of P&L and with good track of history
  • Aspiring with high credibility personality
  • Star biller record in your career history
  • Objective and goals oriented
  • Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a Recruitment sales team to grow the business
  • Good business acumen and an achievement mindset
  • Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
