Responsibilities :

   Tax Compliances

•  Support accurate monthly VAT report and refund.
• Support duty drawback and refund monthly basis
• Corporate Tax and withholding tax compliances.
• Transfer pricing compliances.
• Establish proper tax compliances and internal control process and procedures.
• Interact with revenue department and other government agencies.
• Face Tax -VAT -Customs audit from revenue.

   Financial Control

• Support on monthly close and controls.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Statutory closing ,prepare tax schedule ,Deferred tax working

   Manage KYC/KYS /AML compliances  

• Ensure KYC/KYS compliances
• AML Compliances
• All other local statutory compliances 

   Ethics & Best Practices

• Operate within Company policies and procedures such as Essentra PLC Code of Business Ethics with a high level of integrity.
• Assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including but not limited to Financial Data Quality Management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and OHSAS 14001).
• Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company handling Tax, VAT, Duty drawback , Transfer Pricing.
• Experience in handling tax audits, VAT Audits, Customs review.
• Experience of working in well-established global multinationals.
• Experience in data management and analysis, including use of business intelligence reporting and finance systems.
• Advanced excel and data management skill.
• Able to understand business issue and articulate to ensure all compliances.
• Thai nationality only
• Able to work in Bangkhuntien
• Manufacturing experience is most preferable
• Have a private car will be advantage
