Responsibility:
Understand core business process to manage internal cooperation and relationship between business units and among educational
institutes to develop recruitment process and attract efficient and potential candidates
Manage candidate database and analyze related data regarding recruitment to ensure all vacancies are filled with the
suitable candidates within the timeline.
Review and Create special plans or projects to improve and develop recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing professional support and advice on recruitment and hiring process to line managers.
Prepare and utilize advertisement / media to attract potential candidates to align with the Core Competency.
Qualifications:
Male or Female, Age not over 30 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in MBA / Economics / HRM / HROD / Training / Political Science / Marketing or related fields.
3-5 years experience in Recruitment or related field.
Excellent communication skill, Co-ordination, Negotiation and inter-personal skill.
Result oriented, Self driven, High achievement.
Mature and hardworking, Good team player and able to work independently.
Good command of English and computer literacy.
