Responsibility:

• Understand core business process to manage internal cooperation and relationship between business units and among educational institutes to develop recruitment process and attract efficient and potential candidates 
• Manage candidate database and analyze related data regarding recruitment to ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the timeline.
• Review and Create special plans or projects to improve and develop recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing professional support and advice on recruitment and hiring process to line managers.
• Prepare and utilize advertisement / media to attract potential candidates to align with the Core Competency.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, Age not over 30 years old 
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in MBA / Economics / HRM / HROD / Training / Political Science / Marketing or related fields. 
• 3-5 years experience in Recruitment or related field.
• Excellent communication skill, Co-ordination, Negotiation and inter-personal skill. 
• Result oriented, Self driven, High achievement. 
• Mature and hardworking, Good team player and able to work independently. 
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
