Our firm is seeking a Systems Engineer to help grow our managed services platform. The ideal candidates for these positions will have strong knowledge of servers, storage, and security. 

Responsibilities:

• Support our customers remotely on a day-to-day basis
• Answer customer support calls and emails
• Work support tickets to completion and update knowledge base accordingly
• Oversee monitoring of client systems 
• Other duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in system engineering and IT support required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in working with a start-up company would be preferable
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Systems certifications (Microsoft, Linux, etc)
• Network knowledge is a plus. 
• Ability to occasionally work long hours and participate in on-call rotation
• Proactive, diligent, fast learner, and has a can-do attitude
