The Position:
The System Support Engineer is responsible for carry out field service function for Roche Diagnostics Products relating to instrument troubleshooting, instrument installation, instrument preventive maintenance procedures and other issues of instrument after sales service. Reporting to System Support Manager, you will use your expertise to
- Instrument installation, commissioning and instrument troubleshooting for Roche Diagnostics Products instruments
- Response promptly for all service calls
- Preventive maintenance as schedule set
- Instrument refurbishment

To be successful in this role, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the followings
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Instruments, Biomedical Engineer, Biometric Instruments, Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Physic related fields
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience as Service Engineer in Health Care business is preferred
- Strong in analytical, troubleshooting, interpersonal skills
- Own car, able to travel and work in up-country with high flexibility of working hours
- Independent, a team player, flexible and solution driven with agile mindset
- Good command of spoken and written English
