System Analyst

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Management information System, or IT related fields.          
• At least 3 years’ experience on System Analyst.                                                              
• A methodical, investigation and inquisitive mind.                                                           
• Analytical thinking and ability to communicate with team member and management to explain complex issue clearly and concisely.
• Ability to provide logical, analytical and creative approach to problems solving.
• Good interpersonal and negotiating skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail.                                                            
• Knowledge of relational database and technologies.
• Ability to design use case, activity, sequence, state and class diagram.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines on multiple assignments.

Job Description

• Analyzing and translating user requirements into business requirement specification.
• Design and develop a software requirement specification.
• Design and develop a SQL database, ER diagram, Sequence diagram.
• Works closely with software developers, software tester and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and meet user satisfaction.                          
• Self-learning and continually updating technical knowledge and skills.
• Be part of an agile development team 

 

Business Analyst

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field required.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development lifecycle and at least 1 year as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding of business processes and operations
• Understanding of requirements engineering and processes modeling.
• Understanding of networks, web & mobile technology, databases and other comprehensive computer knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
• Experience in facilitation, organizational, interpersonal and consultative skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience with running Agile.
• Experience in Healthcare is a big plus.

Job Description:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Gathering and performing requirements analysis.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Developing and delivering proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
