Job Descriptions and Responsibilities

1. Shared responsibility for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of cloud-based IT systems (AWS) hardware, software and related infrastructure.
2. User administration (setup and maintaining accounts)
3. Technical research and development to enable continuing IT innovation
4. Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, settings, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
5. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backup
6. Repair and recovery from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted customers.
7. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required
8. Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, system security and monitor network communication
9. Make recommendations for future upgrades
10. Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of databases.
11. Troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users
12. Controlling access permissions to system
13. Implement database backup and prepare for disaster recovery

Basic Qualifications:

1.  More than 2.5 years working as system administrator.
2. Skills in Unix, Databases, and Infrastructure maintenance.
3. Cloud service experience, esp. Amazon Web Services would be preferred.
4. A wish to learn and develop.
5. Must have deep love and knowledge of technology.
6. Thai and English language.
7. Good analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
8. Love living in Chiang Mai, and want to work for a global company.
