Jobs Description :
- Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Manage and control issues raised, coordinate with other departments and Japan head quarter to resolve problems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report.
- Register membership and assist other member related issues.
- Follow up and update the open cases daily.
- Keep up with new project and system; provide training to others as required.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Coordinate to support fixing technical cases from dealers between call center and system engineer.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Male/Female, ages between 21- 31 years.
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
-New Graduate also welcome .
- Ability to coordinate with others.
- Service minded and Good team player.
-Have experience in Support Center, Help desk is preferable.
- Able to work under pressure, Able to work flexible hour.
- Support and coordination skill is required.
- English Skill in moderate level (email reading and writing are necessary).
- Basic computer skill (Office: Words, Excel, PTT) is required
