Position Summary

Manage suppliers’ quality and compliance activity to meet or exceed all customer quality requirements as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Product inspection, process and quality system audit and report; follow up non-conformity, failure analysis and improvements.
• Participate on new project development process.
• On-site monitoring suppliers‘ manufacturing process and quality controls so to ensure product quality.
• Suppliers training and development;
• Manage the customer compliant with 8D approach.
• Communicate with related departments to ensure quality requirement are met.
• Conducting weekly, monthly supplier quality performance review in terms of supplier’s FPY report, audit issue, customer complaining issue, etc.
• Warranty quality handling and product failure analysis.

Person Specifications

• Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years working experience for quality operations, Process Control and familiar with FMEA, MSA, SPC, DOE etc. tools.
• Prefer to have(suppliers) quality management experiences.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking.
• Chinese reading, writing and speaking is preferable.
• Good communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and pro-actively

Functional Competencies (FC) required:

• Good understanding and rich experiences in quality control and quality assurance: 7 QC tool, CPK, DOE, ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14000 etc.
