RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control WIP and inventory in production line control
- To meet out put target and quality required from each section
- Manage leaders and operators to achieve work targets
- Control the discipline and 5s per company regulation
- Ensure all reports are being followed and updated regularly
- Support activities for KPIs improvement
- Motivate all leaders and operators continuous improvement of work
- Ensure all operators to follow the work instructions
- Be in charge of any tasks as assigned by supervisors
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Skill Required:Speak and write English
Experience: 3 years
