Supervisor Manufacturing (Fabrication and Painting)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises and coordinates shop floor activities of Team Leader, Team Associate to engaged in welding and Painting of products.
• Monitor the output and Inspects work or confers with our Inspection Standard, Painted inspection to maintain specified standards CIS matrix and standard.
• Trains Team associate and Team Leader in operation of equipment.
• Support a set up machines / make trial parts to make test runs and experimental products.
• Lead a problem solving repair & Rework of the product. scrap control.
• Lead control of TPM check, set machine, tooling and fixture. TPM program to all tooling and equipment into shop floor and follow our standard.
• Responsible for achieving the quality, productivity, minimize down time and support production. Co-ordinate and prioritize day to in machine, jig and fixture installation. Prefer for any metal manufacturing.
• Effective Organizing Production and team schedules, Management all resource and to Set performance metrics for maintenance team member and then work with team members to make sure that all metrics are met.
• Ability to work with good sense of urgency and fact fast-paced.
• Fluent use of ERP for spare part, Indirect material control and record of work record,
• Requisitions to SCM team and Supplies communicate for all consumable such as weld rods, gas, flux, painted, degreaser and fixtures.
• Control usage of fixture, consume parts, indirect material control.
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Train and evaluate team base on technical support/requirement and CIS system.
• Housekeeping and sanitation to maintain excellence score of Safety, Quality, delivery, Cost and sustain.

 Education and Experience Requirements

• High Vocational or Bachelor Degree in engineering background.
• 5-8 years experience with Engineering in Welding ,Machining ,Painting and Utility.
• Knowledge of Welding, Robot, Machining and painting Process with good Technical and people skill.  
• Analyzes work orders and blueprints to determine need for supplies and sequence of operations required. Understanding of manufacturing processes, have experiences of lean manufacturing will be considered first.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment, CNC, Robot, Welding, Conveyor, Painting line equipment.
• Ability to work with manufacturing machine and Chemical Process Environment distinguish normal/abnormal events or cases.
• Can work in shift rotation (Day Shift & Night Shift).
