Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and liaise with User Dept. and Subcontractors.
- Assign Subcontract Requisition and other documents to subordinate.
- Support subordinate in sourcing Subcontractor.
- Review and maintain Subcontractors performance records.
- Review and improve the existing system including train and develop staffs.
- Ensure Subcontractor’s price is reasonable and quality is in accordance with the standard requirement.
- Ensure the contract terms and conditions entitle us to claim Subcontractor when not performing as committed.
- Establish tariff rates and review timely.
- Negotiate prices and claims with Subcontractor.
- Set, implement and maintain Department Policy, Guide lines and Procedure.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and/or Master Degree in any relevant fields of operations such as Engineering, Industrial, Sciences, Business, Commercial, etc.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in steel fabrication business and or ship repair business with an engineering background plus a few years experience in area of Subcontracting work.
- Managerial skills with good coordination, decision making and dependability.
- Proficiency in written and oral English Language.
- Good in negotiation, communication and trouble shooting.
