The responsibilities are developed, implement and review of Contracts Procedures which aspects of contract award, administration as well as the preparing and drafting commercial bids
and tender including the administration of all contracts from award to close out.
• Co-ordinate and monitor the actions of the contractor alike to ensure they meet their respective contractual obligations and ensure that effective controls are in place.
• The preparing Bills of Quantity required for the project, the selection of method of measurement, and obtaining quantity and technical information from other disciplines.
• The preparing Field instruction (FI), Field variation order (FVO) and preparation of contract documents as required.
