Responsibilities:

• Initiate, prepare, implement and recommend marketing strategies and media plans including preparing corresponding budget plans in accordance with company’s policy and strategy
• Conduct a business plan in terms of potential and acquisition for both current and future products according to the company's plan, policy and strategy while focusing also in marketing, finance, business and legal aspect
• Adopt the prepared study to further develop the projects 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Luxury Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, Business Administration or related fields
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
• Good command of English both written and spoken
