This position is a service delivery role that will act as a bridge between internal and external parties. The key responsibilities include upselling, renewals, and value capturing B2B clients.

Client Details

Our client is a globalIoT company that manufactures and sells products and services with the aim to increase productivity and efficiency.


  • Upsell and cross sell
  • Attend client meetings and give customers product recommendations/new offerings to solve business problems
  • Resolve issues for client
  • 70% based in Thailand, the rest will be traveling within Indochina
  • Flexible working hours, may have to do after-office-hours video town halls occasionally
  • Report to hiring manager based in Singapore


  • 5 -8 years of working experience
  • Sales/KAM/customer experience background preferred
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English
  • Hardware companies preferred, software sales will NOT be a match
  • Personality that is willing to learn and resilient
  • Teamwork
