1.Routine report (Daily/Monthly)
Provide Report accurately and on time
- Daily routine report Before 11.00 or As each report schedule
- Monthly report Before 15th of each month
2.Promotion/Validation update and summary
- Provide Promotion update & summary accurately and on time
- Provide Validation update & summary accurately and on time
3.Compensation and Benefits Hotline
Ability in clarify and explain inquiry to Agent
-Promtly feedback or need support from other department
4.IL Production
PC , Active Producer , New Code
-As Company target
5. Data support
Adhoc data support
-1 day or 3 days according to difficulty of data
Knowledge / Skill / Attribute
-Life Insurance knowledge in Agency business
-Data extraction program e.g. Access. Excel
Provide Report accurately and on time
