Job Description

Job Description:

To responsible day to day operations of omni-channel as following details;
  • Handle issues & complaint related to Claim Services
  • Provide advice to customers, distributor and /or hospital partners as well as find solutions and making request by Straight Through Process for solving their troubles from all channel regarding insurance claims/ policies complex inquiries
  • Deliver service with Service quality aligned with KTAXA's Core values
  • Ensure calls are answered within committed service levels and addressed efficiently
  • Supporting omni-channel to customers, distributors and/or hospital partners to provide both of Major Claim & Health Claim services by gaining customer satisfactions.
  • Being well perform the multi-tasking, ensure data accuracy and process must be aligned with compliance and legal practice
  • Handle Major Claim & Health Claim complaint case swiftly
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in Contact Center
  • Experience in Claim service is preferred
  • Insurance background is preferred
  • Can work on shift
  • Good Problem Solving and Communication
