Senior Manager Consulting - HR Advisory & Process Improvement (150K+)

Our client is an international boutique advisory firm that has a global worth of over $3 billion with member firms in over 140+ territories. They have been established in Thailand since 1997 providing a range of advisory services in the areas of HR, audit, business accounting, tax, business consulting, internal controls, and risk management. They are currently looking for a Sr Manger Consulting focusing in the HR Advisory sector based in Bangkok.

Reporting directly into the Partner for HR Advisory for Thailand, my client is looking for a results driven, analytical and entrepreneurial individual with 11 years’ + experience working for management consulting firms focusing on HR advisory with an omni industry focus (8 years in HR Advisory/ 3 years in Sales). From a HR Advisory perspective the incumbent will be responsible for leading & managing change within complex organizations, develop & implement HR solutions covering organization design, talent management transformation & re-design performance management frameworks,  Identification and development of process & operational improvements utilizing methodologies such as Agile, lean, design thinking and managing project teams to develop, design and deliver to client expectations. From the sales perspective the incumbent will be responsible for assisting in financial administration planning (budgeting & pricing), develop leads and sourcing new opportunities (clients/ projects) and managing sales pipelines in lieu with targets.

 Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

  • Proven experience of 11 years in Management Consulting (HR Advisory – 8/ Sales – 3)
  • Prior experience in delivering on HR projects for process improvement & transformation
  • Prior experience in Agile/ Design Thinking/ Lead/ DMAIC methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Engineering
  • Exceptional Presentation skills, Leadership skills & Analytical mind-set
  • Excellent English & Thai communication skills
