Job Brief

  • To develop and implement Modern Trade and Specialist channel,  Key Account  Strategy aligned with the company’s direction to meet Retail business objectives.
  • To define key sales strategies to capture Retails business growth (Modern Trade and Specialist channel)
  • To achieve objectives in terms of Sales performance, Sales Coverage nationwide to ensure that overall the company’s Target and margin are achieved 
  • To enhance Sales tools to up-skill and increase sale efficiency and sales effectiveness across Sales organization

Job Responsibilities

  • Key Account (Modern Trade & Specialist) development strategy and implementation expand Retails sales coverage base across country and Customer segments
  • Provide Strategic direction and action plan for all Key Account to maintain American Standard & INAX in good branding position and market share and growing business both volume and margin 
  • Close follow up and keep continue to improve team discipline to drive Team target achievement goals  
  • Working closely with All support team and make sure all company implementation provides the best product and service to All customer in Retails channel (Modern Trade and Specialist)
  • Co-KPI with Trade sales team to drive effective promotion program to market and also push up All PC performance nationwide lead Sell out significant growth balance with Sell in volume
  • Support each of Key accounts to achieve maximum profitable as long-term business partner
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships as business partners
  • Identify, evaluate and create action plan for increase new business opportunities support Key Customer 
  • Ensure all subordinates are fully briefed, counseled, trained and developed to meet department and company objectives.
  • To develop, Coaching Key Account Sales team to improve and increase individual/team capability and working potential with alignment of LIXIL & Sales Team competency
  • Motivated, follow up and make the proper reporting as keep update to Sales Director as monthly basis, also find the solution to make more efficiency & development for all Key Account sales team
  • All other responsibilities deemed important by the Sales Director.


  • Experience 8-10 years in Sales/Trade Marketing / Marketing or related field, Preferred experience in Retailers and Modern Trade channel
  • Business degree, an MBA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Positive attitudes, Strong leadership skills and communication 
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Energetic and aggressive
  • Positive to work with detail and ground touching
