Responsibilities:
- Control and responsible the quality for incoming and outgoing spare parts and machines
- Handle the customer and warehouse enquiries, complaints and analyze defective part and problem
- Responsible to raise claim to vendor
- Contact with vendor about part quality problem and request the corrective action plan
- Support team to communicate with internal quality section or clarify specification with vendor
- Cooperate for checking quality of new part from new vendor and make inspection check sheet to warehouse clerk for comparing new part according to specification and make a quality report
- Prepare a weekly report summarizing the results of quality checking and update status
- Monitor & Follow up claim issues until it is solved completely
- Coordinate with logistic team for returning and delivery the parts to vendor or customer
- Prepare the shipping document for delivery and other documents related to claim activities
- Coordinate and control the material movement at defect storage location on SAP with warehouse team
- Perform any related duties and assigned from supervisor
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 4-7 years’ experience in quality
- Strong customer orientation, problem solving competence, communication skill, negotiation skill
- Strong Knowledge of Six-Sigma & quality tool training is more advantage
- Good understanding of business process in Beverage and Spare Parts Machinery or similar industry will be advantages
- Ability to handle work activity individually, multiple demands and competing pressures
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language
- Experience with SAP will be advantages
