Job Description:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Managing team to success
- Co-operate with team in estimation effort, developing a plan/schedule, and performing tasks according to set plans and deadline.
- Co-operate and Manage outsourcing team.
- Research new technologies for on-demand needs and requirements of the product
- Improve self and team’s capability, and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Software Development Life cycle
- 2-3 years of experience in team management
- Have strong programming concept and logic
- Have technical knowledge in Java / J2EE, Web Services, GOLang, NodeJS
- Experience with relational database / No SQL
- Experience with modern engineering practices like Agile, TDD, Testing framework
- Familiar with Software Development tolls like Code repository, CI/CD
- Knowledge in Domain Driven Design, Microservices, API design, REST, Design Pattern would be advantage
- Good systematic thinking, problem solving, self-learning and collaboration
- Ability to be a technical leader of agile development team
