Tasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities)

Primary Functions
      A.     Leadership

• Lead the Program Management team to deliver the department target.
• Develop the Manager skills for performing their tasks and working in global environment.                     

      B.      Identify and Pursuit new Business for Reydel Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia

• Define the customer and Business strategy with respective country representative and global team.
• Pursuit new opportunities which are aligned with the Business and Growth Plan.
• Align the technical requirements with customer needs to support growth plan.

     C.      Develop and Launch new Programs that meet the goals

• Align Reydel Global Program Management Discipline/ Updates with Thailand team.
• Prepare and Submit the Exec Review Report status for all Gate Reviews.
• Report the Program Status for Thailand and Global team.

    D.        Commercial Negotiation for all new and current products

• Ensure that current programs meet the Approved IQF threshold target.
• Support Commercial team to lead the cost reduction programs.
• Assure that the annual productivity meet the business plan.

    E.        Marketing

• Identify Reydel ASEAN market share by Product Group.
• Assure regular communication/ feedback with customer leaders located in Thailand.
• Communicate customer strategy and directions to all country representatives.

    F.        Safety:

• Ensure the work place condition meet the safety standard and meet environment’s requirement
• Must comply with the company disciplinary regulations, EHS, standards, procedures, rules and regulations in the responsible area. Those regulations will be measured as a key performance outlined for annual performance review.
• Attend EHS walk semi-weekly.
• Define and ensure that the Facility’s EH&S Management System is established, implemented, maintained and integrated into the business plan.
• Follow all EH&S procedures and be the model of outstanding EH&S behavior.
• Accept the ultimate accountability for the success of EH&S efforts and maintain visible leadership for ensuring success in EH&S activities.
• Ensure that for EH&S activities, resources including human resources and specialized skills, organizational infrastructure, technology and financial resources are adequately provided.
• Hold all levels of the organization accountable for proactive EH&S performance in their areas of responsibility.
• Communicate and support the vision of "Zero Incidents, Injuries and Illnesses.

• Participate at the incident scene in the investigation of major and high potential incidents that occur in their area of responsibility.
• Provide reports on the status of remedial and permanent corrective actions to the facility operating committee.
• Facilitate completion of all required corrective actions for health and safety related incidents.

 Key Competency:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or relating fields.
• 7-10 year experiences in manufacturing Engineering or Business Sales and Development.
