Main Responsibilities:

• Ensured each customer received outstanding service by establishing a friendly environment through pleasant greetings and acknowledging furniture related concerns.
• Recommend, demonstrate, assist and support customer with choosing products and decorative home décor and furnishing based on customer needs and desires, answered questions regarding products.
• Present customers a variety of products and explain the features and benefits of each, to help the customer make an informed decision about a purchase.
• After sales followed up to assure customer satisfaction and maintained orders.
• Record sales order and customer information into system.
• Other works as assigned by Superior.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, age between 23 – 35 years old.
• Graduated in any fields, Interior Design / Architecture is preferable.
• Working experience in dealing with luxury products or taking care high-end customers.
• Experience in preparing paper work such as presentations, proposal, quotation and etc.
• Passion in home decoration and interior designs.
• Good command in English and Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel & Ms. Power-Point).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, be maturity, pro-active and credible personality.
• Can work on weekend

Working Locations: Thonglor, Siam Paragon and CDC (flexible to rotate in any locations)
