รวบรวมและบันทึกบัญชีด้านค่าใช้จ่ายด้านบริหารจัดการของบริษัท ทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายในการขาย ค่าใช้จ่ายในการบริหารและอื่น ๆ เช่น เงินเดือน และค่าจ้าง ค่าโทรศัพท์ ค่าไฟฟ้า ค่าเช่าสำนักงาน ค่าใช้จ่ายส่งเสริมการขาย เป็นต้น และการบันทึก ซื้อทรัพย์สินเพื่อใช้ในกิจการ โดยแยกตามแผนกต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ค่าใช้จ่ายนั้น ๆ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการเปรียบเทียบรายการที่เกิดขึ้นจริงกับงบประมาณที่ผู้บริหารอนุมัติประจำปี รวมถึงการจัดทำภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ภาษีซื้อ เพื่อยื่นต่อกรมสรรพากรทุกเดือน
