Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 years technical service experience in any field
• Good in English and Thai language communication
• Good computer & MS Office skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently 
• Wiling for frequent business travel and possess own transport

Tasks:

• Maintain, service and repair IKA Laboratory/ Analytical products.
• Ensure servicing job to customer complete efficiency, on time and correctly according to IKA servicing protocol & standards.
• Carry out onsite equipment installation, commissioning and servicing at customer side.
• Responsible to maintain, proper use and care of tools, ensure on-the-job safety practices and prepare service job documentation or reporting (eg. servicing & technical report for company servicing data system and customer).
• Monitor, maintain and update minimum stock for fast moving service parts.
• Build and maintain good company and customer relationships.
• Support sales and marketing activities in Thailand.
• Execute job task as assigned by superior.
