Job description:
1. Business planning:
Responsible for the planning and management of the store's annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans, to achieve various annual business goals designated by the headquarters, and to promote the decomposition and achievement of various assessment indicators.
2. User development:
-User activities management: Cooperate with headquarters planning, implement service activities and user operation activities, such as customer analysis, service satisfaction improvement, membership club management, etc., innovate customer care, maintain user
relationships, and develop potential users;
-User relationship management: maintain existing car owners, based on different communication objects and communication scenarios adopt appropriate communication methods and skills, properly handle customer complaints and disputes, and maintain high user satisfaction,
activity and service reputation.
3. Business operation:
-Business management: conduct daily operation and management of the store. Responsible for store after-sales site management, refined managemen and implementation of ITR (Issue to Resolution) processes, manage and supervise after-sales operations of the store;
-Service Marketing: Responsible for the planning and promotion of store service activities, customer care planning, service model innovation, service product innovation, etc.
4. Team management:
-Practice GWM brand image and values, firmly implement company standards, and provide effective guidance to team members;
-Supervise the team to complete training courses, guide members to share knowledge, and create an active, learning atmosphere;
-Focus on the growth of team members, coach and empower team members on sales and common working skills, and give timely feedback and guidance.
