Supervising and assisting the distributors to establish and improve the service system, provides the necessary management, training, and support to distributors, comprehensively improve the after-sales serviceability of distributors.
Assisting Thailand Country Manager to handle customer relationship and timely solve service needs, to improve customer satisfaction of the end user.
Having good knowledge of the company's products and services, provide comprehensive service support for agricultural machinery products, including sugarcane machines, tractors, rice machines, etc.
Collecting market service information and service reports as required by the headquarters.
Establishing Data Base of Product list for all dealers in Thailand territory.
Creating data of maintenance and unit repair records.
Conducting a delivery inspection of customer products.
Creating part list database for maintenance parts & reusable parts.
Handling a maintenance & repair presentation, & give training to all dealers in Thailand.
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or electrical engineering.
Good customer communication and computer skills, English preferred.
With more than 3 years of service experience in the manufacturing industry, heavy Equipment Dealer, or Agriculture machinery dealer, with experience of sugarcane harvester product service support is preferred.
