Role and Responsibilities
- Develop test environments and test cases
- Analyze test results, detect issues, logging, tracking and document
- Build automated testing systems for regular checks
- As part of a customer-focused team, seeking an understanding of and value in our customer’s requirements, and actively shaping the product from an engineering standpoint
- Participating in team workshops to generate ideas and high-quality technical solutions – picking the right solution whilst balancing idealism and pragmatism
- Adhering to and applying overarching internal practices and policies concerning testing quality assurance, practices, lean development
- Assisting in project management activities: Estimation, Scheduling, Planning, Tracking progress
- Assisting with training and mentoring of others on the team.
- On-Site visit on need basis
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- At least 4 years’ experience working in the Software Testing area.
- Strong Experience in testing Android Mobile devices
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Experience in EDC Payment Terminal testing
- Card Acceptance Payment solutions Terminal protocols, Acquirer/Payment processor integration advantageous
- Experience with ISO8583/JSON integrations, card payment transaction processing, authorizations, and authentications.
- Expected to be self-starters who can operate well under a variety of different situations and types of projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, attentive to detail, and able to work well under pressure
- Team player with a desire to learn and a willingness to teach and mentor as part of a team
- Able to take ownership of, and responsibility for, assigned work.

- Exposure to key payment device standards (e.g. EMV, Contactless. NFC, QR code, bank accreditations, technical standards)
- Experience in API testing, DB testing, system testing, and End to End testing
- Android Automated Testing Frameworks
- CI/CD (Jenkins Ideally)
- Agile SDLC (scrum/Kanban)
- Enjoy working in an Agile environment
- Ability to communicate well with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, Technical Teams, Developers, and Product Support.
