-        Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related departments.

-        4 years of recruiting experience is preferred.

-        Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies and profiles.

-        Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants.

-        Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.

-        Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.

-        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-        Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for planning interview and selection procedures, includingscreening resumes and calls, assessments and in-person interviews to select outstanding candidates for assigned positions.
  •  Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Coordinate within the organization to specify needed positions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and generate leads in related requiting source.
  • Monitor all recruiting information and assure the information is up to date.
  • Operate all document related to recruiting process and manage employee profiles.
  • Set up a proper orientation and welcome new employee. Also, assign buddy and introduce organization culture to new employee.
  • Operate an employee evaluation to assess and review employee’s job performance and behavior. 
  • Provide suggestion to high-level staff on selecting suitable candidates for each job titles to improve employee retention through selection best practices.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Partner with business leaders on recruitment strategies and to plan for future talent needs.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
