Responsibilities

• To be the best Talent Acquisition partner with Business Unit.
• To be a trustable, reliable TA who can share and discuss the market trend and knowledge with the Line Manager.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from getting requirements to follow up after on board.
• To source candidates using a variety of search methods to build up candidate pipelines.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and face-to-face interviews.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiate employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Be a part of the project related to recruitment activities and branding.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of recruiting experience is preferred with experience in both agency and in house 
• Good command of English / Chinese Speaker is a plus 
• Has high Self-Motivation and Ambition.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
