Job Description;

- Assist Service Line leaders in translating business strategies into manpower plan in order to ensure the Service Line plans for the right number of employees.
-
Handle recruitment and selection process (prescreening, recruiting, managing interview, and hiring) in order to ensure the Service Line gets the right workforce at the right timeframe to support business operation.
- Diagnose business environment and organizational needs of own responsible Service Line and provide recommendations to Service Line leaders in improving Talent tools execution.
- Acquire needs from Service Line and provide guideline, suggestions, solutions and communication to Service Line leaders and employees in all level regarding related Talent policies and practices.
- Assist Service Line leaders and employees in the resolution of employee problems, including advising managers on dealing with employee performance/ disciplinary problems using discipline procedures.
- Perform exit interview in order to understand root cause of the problems, provide analysis and utilize the result for a preventive action.
- Participate in various projects and ensure the implementation of all projects are completed as plan. Prepare for data and reports such as Talent and Recruitment dashboards.
- Handle and coordinate work mobility in order to company policy and the Immigration & Labor law. Handle visa & work permit extension and reporting 90 days for the foreign employees and their families.

Qualifications;

  • Master / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science.
  • At least 3 years in human resource management, human resource development, and organization development.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, Business mindset, Communication and Consulting skill.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written both Thai and English.
